Welcome to Aligned Social Co. This website is owned and operated by Aligned Social Co. ("Aligned Social Co.," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or purchasing services from us, you agree to the terms below.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aligned Social Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service that claim relates to.
Deposit. A non-refundable deposit secures your booking and starts the work. Your spot is not held until the deposit is paid.
Billing. Retainer services, including Social Media Management and Meta Ads Management, are billed monthly, in advance. Project work is billed on a fixed milestone schedule.
Late payments. Invoices unpaid after 14 days carry a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
Our work and this website. All content, designs, copy, graphics, and code on this website are the property of Aligned Social Co. and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse our portfolio or website materials without written permission.
Your final deliverables. Ownership of your final deliverables transfers to you once your final payment clears. Concepts, drafts, and unused or rejected designs remain ours.
Portfolio rights. We may display completed work, including website designs and photography, in our portfolio, on social media, and in our marketing.
A project moves at the pace of the information it is given. To keep yours on schedule:
Assets and information. You will provide all requested copy, images, branding, and information when we ask for it. Late assets move your timeline back.
Approvals. You will review and approve deliverables within 3 business days of receiving them. If we do not hear from you within that window, we may treat it as approval and move to the next phase so your project keeps moving.
For clients working with us on brand photography or content creation:
Releases and permits. You are responsible for securing any model releases or location permits required for a shoot, unless your project agreement states otherwise.
Usage rights. Once your final payment clears, you receive commercial usage rights to the final delivered images. We retain artistic copyright and the right to use the images in our portfolio and marketing.
For clients working with us on Meta Paid Ads Management:
Ad spend. You pay Meta directly for all ad spend. Our service fee covers management only.
Access. You will grant us secure access to your Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and your Facebook and Instagram pages.
Results. We bring strategy and best practices to every campaign. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, sales, or return on investment, because ad platforms and market conditions are outside our control.
For clients working with us on website design and development:
Your Showit account. You are responsible for creating, maintaining, and paying for your own Showit subscription. Showit hosting and subscription fees are not included in our design fees.
Access. You will provide the login credentials or administrator access we need to design and launch your site.
Platform issues. We are not responsible for Showit downtime, technical bugs, or pricing changes made by Showit.
